We are experts in vertical construction, we design all structural systems: steel, cast-in-place concrete, hybrid structures, prestressing, post-tensioned or a combination of them, using national and international design codes.

We calculate the budget for a building or infrastructure project at any of its design phases:
We formulate a quick budget based on square meters or equivalent comparative units according to the type of construction.
We analyze the drawings and their costs to find savings by suggesting changes to the project specifications without affecting form and function.
We perform the unit price analysis on-site.
We prepare the project quotation based on the development of the project, carrying out take-offs and the unit price analysis (UPA) to formulate a complete and reliable base budget for tendering.
We provide an online smart dashboard for each project which provides the client with a complete, detailed and dynamic visualization of the site costs since the first stage of the project.
We oversee any discipline on-site with a team of structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and cost engineers; who will verify the quality of labor on field, resolve technical doubts or project changes, and validate the site costs.
With flexible contracting schemes, we adapt to our client needs for plant oversights (on site), with scheduled frequency, or one-time visits.

2 Cada proyecto tiene un mural electrónico interactivo en donde los expertos de cada disciplina priorizan diariamente lo que hay que resolver y transparentar la solución que más conviene al proyecto para inspección y aprobación.
3 Con la información del mural levantamos un modelo BIM hasta alcanzar un LOD avanzado, construyendo un proyecto coordinado que evitando desviaciones en obra y en el presupuesto final.
Todos los modelos están en línea para consulta del cliente sin necesidad de software especializado.
4 Todos los planos que emitimos tienen un código QR que le permite al cliente y al constructor final en la obra saber si el plano es vigente u obsoleto.
Basta con escanear el código para conocer las actualizaciones del proyecto, y descargar el último plano desde cualquier dispositivo incluyendo un celular.
With the information from the online whiteboard, we build a BIM model until we reach an advanced LOD, building a coordinated project that avoids deviations on site and on the final budget.
All models are available online for customer consultation without the need of a specialized software.

Structural project and supervision. During the construction process, the project was redesigned to include a third basement and a 42m span dome in 110 thousand m² of construction.
All engineering development for a 6-story building with 14,336 m² of construction working with WATG in California.
Production warehouse and an intelligent warehouse project and construction. Various studies were carried out to determine the load capacity of the slab since part of the process was to constantly move rolls of sheet and required for safety that the floor was completely leveled to avoid accidents with forklifts, natural lighting studies were also carried out to generate energy savings.

Design and coordination of the executive project for Nestle’s plant in Lagos de Moreno, preparation and development of civil works project, architecture, structural analysis and systems design. In addition a project management and construction oversight was carried out for its production and storage buildings, waste and loading areas, and parking.
The project required preliminary studies (soil mechanics and topography) since the plant did not have this information.
The project consisted in channeling the silo contents in case of leaking towards a cistern capable of completely containing the product.
An analysis and survey of the existing structure was carried out to place new loads on an air condenser system. This analysis determined that with the new loads the building required structural reinforcement, which was designed.
Exploratory tests were carried out, since there were no structural drawings. Therefore, soil reports, topography, structural assessment of the building, exploratory coves were carried out with all the safety and cleaning requirements, and a reinforcement project was delivered.
The reinforcement labor for the engineering building was carried out to comply with the new regulations, safety standards and cleanliness, due to the fact that it is a pharmaceutical plant.
